Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Quick and easy pumpkin pie. No store bought crust or homemade mess.

Just add the ingredients to a blender and mix for a minute or two.  Pour mixture into a greased 9 inch glass pie dish.  Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

1-15oz can 100% pure pumpkin

2 large eggs

3/4 c white sugar

1/4 c brown sugar, packed

1/2 c biscuit mix (like Bisquick)

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ginger

1/4 tsp cloves

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp salt

1-13oz can evaporated milk

1 tsp vanilla extract
